He lays out a preliminary multi-step program that starts reasonably enough with a physical examination. He lays out the advantages of good nourishment and lays out the specific types of foods wanted to eat for good health.
Craig lays out a 12 week Turbulence coaching physical fitness schedule broken into four week intervals. I can tell you that the program is challenging because it is founded upon “supersets”.
